Licensing and accreditation means more to H&M than simply achieving a standard and saying we have accreditation, it’s about striving for excellence through a process of continuous improvement. It’s about bench-marking ourselves against the best, admitting our mistakes and rectifying them accordingly.

SIA APPROVED CONTRACTOR

H&M Security Services Ltd currently holds SIA Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) status for the provision of Security Guarding, Key Holding and Public Space CCTV

Security Industry Authority (SIA) for Manned Guarding and CCTV since 2005, with accreditation to the Approved Contractor Scheme in 2008, and the latest addition of Key Holding accreditation on our 2014 audit

The high standards we had set for ourselves allowed us to become one of the first group of contractors to gain Approved Status from the Security Industry Authority (SIA) in 2007.

ISOQAR – ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION

H&M Security Services Ltd currently holds the internationally recognised standard for quality management of businesses

This qualification demonstrates that we have a commitment to quality, our customers, and a willingness to work towards improving efficiency.

ISOQAR ISO 14001 EMS CERTIFICATION

We hold an internationally recognized standard for environmental management of businesses.

The ISO 14001 prescribes controls for those activities that have an effect on the environment. These include the use of natural resources, handling and treatment of waste and energy consumption.

ISOQAR OHSAS 18001 CERTIFICATION

We hold internationally recognised standard for safety management systems of businesses

The ISO 18001 standard is designed to clarify an organisation’s impact on health and safety issues, as well as help to reduce the risk of accidents and any breach in legal requirements.

SAFE CONTRACTOR APPROVED ACCREDITATION

We are proud to be part of the fastest growing health and safety accreditation scheme in the UK

H & M is an approved contractor under the National Britannia “SAFEcontractor” scheme. SAFEcontractor is an accreditation scheme that assesses the health & safety competency of contractors and service providers.

CHAS CONTRACTORS HEALTH AND SAFETY ASSESSMENT

H&M Security is dedicated to providing the evidence our clients require to show we are competent at all levels for their supply chains.

CHAS is established as the market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK. It is available to suppliers (those who provide goods and services) and to organisations (buyers) looking for suitably competent suppliers.

ACHILLES GROUP LTD LINK-UP QUALIFICATION SINCE 2006

We have gained the Link-up, UK Rail Supplier Qualification

Link-up has been established as an industry-based service to assist the UK rail companies, their associated transport activities and other transport-related organisations including the airport, bus and port sectors, by providing efficiencies through the administration of a single qualification scheme and database.

UVDB POWERED BY ACHILLES

We are proud to be members of the Utilities Vendor DataBase (UVDB)

Accreditation of the UVDB demonstrates that a supplier meets the requirements for Health & Safety, the Environment and Quality needed for working in the UK Utility sector. UVDB members are eligible for pre-selection during the tender process for projects with utility companies. With clients such as National Grid, EDF, Anglian Water and Severn Trent, UVDB membership confirms Proceeds commitment to the UK Utility industry.
