Ian Henderson
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Ian formed H&M Security services in 2000, and has led the company as Managing Director ever since. Ian has been involved in security for over 40 years. His broad range of experience includes 6 years military service with the British Army. A proud member of the 1st Battalion the Royal Highlander Fusiliers, Ian served in Germany, Northern Ireland, North Africa, and Gibraltar. After leaving the army Ian spent some time with the Strathclyde Police before moving to London and setting up in business for himself.
Paul joined H&M security in 2008 after 32 years service in the Metropolitan Police where he retired as a Superintendent. His last post was Supt Operations at the Metropolitan Police Central Communications Command the largest operational unit in the country at that time. Paul has a broad range of policing experience including helping the MPS prepare for the 2012 Olympics and preparing Operations for many of London’s major events and VIP visits . Since joining H&M Security Paul has led H&M’s Operations Team delivering security to a broad range of clients, and helping H&M Security to achieve year on year growth.

Martin Chisnall
GENERAL MANAGER
Martin joined H&M Security in 2010 with 25 years experience in the security industry managing security teams working at ports, airports, Hotels, Rail and a broad range of other services. Before entering into private security Martin had completed a number of years service with the Royal Airforce Regiment which included a tour of Northern Ireland.
Carl joined H&M security in 2011, after several years gaining management experience in the private security industry. Before this Carl served for 4 years with 63 Squadron (Queens Colour Squadron) part of the Royal Airforce Regiment, where his squadron had a dual operational and ceremonial role. In its operational role, it is a field squadron responsible for the defence of RAF bases and other assets from enemy forces. In its ceremonial role, the squadron is responsible for representing the Royal Airforce at many significant events, including state occasions and royal visits.

Tania Alhassani
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Managing the relationship with our clients, developing new business, and making sure that our services fully meet our clients needs is the responsibility of our Business Development Manager Tania Alhassani. Tania works closely with our operations team, but provides an independent view to H&M’s Board of Directors to make sure that we do not allow our standards of service to fall, and that we are always looking at how we can improve them further.
